Because transactions occur directly between users or businesses, refunds are generally handled between the parties involved in the transaction.

If a dispute arises, users may contact platform support to review the situation and determine whether assistance can be provided. Any chargebacks or disputes processed through the payment network will follow the policies of the payment provider.
